Metal Detector Sales

• Used metal detectors are available from time to time
• Inventory in stock ensures that you, the customer, can choose from an adequate selection of metal detectors with various features and a suitable price range guaranteeing the model selected will be your best choice
• Certain metal detector models, if not in stock when the customer is in the shop, can be ordered in within 2 to 3 working days from our suppliers situated in Ontario

Metal Detector Rentals

• Rental period options available: 4 hours/less; 1 day; weekend
• Metal Detection Services keeps rental metal detectors on hand, in numbers dictated by demand. The metal detectors are current production models and have been selected to do the intended locating job, while being user friendly to the customer for ease of operation. Land-hunting metal detectors are always in stock while submersible metal detector availability is dependent on inventory. Its best to call ahead if a submersible metal detector is required to ensure a unit is available to rent out for that shallow-water search.

Consignments

• From time to time, metal detector trades and consignments will be accepted depending on the model, age and condition of the unit in question
• Anyone who owns an unwanted, vintage metal detector (working or not) is encouraged to donate it or sell it for a modest price to Metal Detection Services to be placed on the “WALL OF FAME” in the shop. Such units displayed on the wall will never be offered for sale but will, hopefully, generate discussion and bring back fond memories to veteran detectorists

Minor Repairs

• Repairs are available which to not require circuit board entry. Common examples are: check battery voltage/continuity; repair or replace broken battery holders/wires; and repair or replace stems, grips, or arm cuffs, and general trouble-shooting.

Payment Options

• Any prices displayed or quoted by Metal Detection Services are exclusive of applicable taxes. NOTE: WE DO NOT CHARGE GST

• Prices are subject to change without notice
• We accept cash or personal cheques (with ID) in the shop. For mail orders, we would suggest Money Orders or Bank Drafts to speed up the shipping process.
• At this time, we are not set up to accept any Credit Cards
• Free shipping is available within Canada on all metal detector orders over $400.00 (before tax) via regular Parcel Post. If customer requests an alternate shipping rate or Courier, then customer is responsible for full cost of shipping.
